Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Background with working at a hotel/resort or related is preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle background check will be completed
Fluent in English language, must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
Must be a great multitasker
Must show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity
Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations – fast paced environment
Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns or issues raised by coworkers and/or guests
Teamwork is essential and critical in this role

Job Responsibility

Setting up pool seating and umbrellas
Removing trash and other items from the pool area including picking up towels
Stocking and handing out fresh towels
Directing people in a courteous manner and having them follow your direction when working the water slides
Attending to cabana rentals, providing a clean, safe environment
Working beach operations offering chairs, umbrellas, and towels to guests
Greeting and checking-in guests in a pleasant and professional manner
Escorting guests to their preferred area
Maintaining and upkeep the cleanliness of the beach
Enforcing safety rules
