Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who can provide support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout. Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the beach area
  • Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience working outside in a resort setting
  • Availability of at least 3 days per week is preferred
  • Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges
  • Comfortable outside during times of high temperatures
  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
  • A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
