Recreation Attendant

• Greet and engage with guests, provide information on recreation programs, activities, and amenities
• Assist guests with equipment, towels, and recreational supplies
• Monitor pool and recreation areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Set up and tear down activity areas, games, and events
• Oversee use of recreation equipment
• ensure cleanliness, functionality, and proper storage after use
• Maintain inventory of recreation supplies and replenish as needed
• Clean recreation facilities, remove trash and soiled linens, and follow safety protocols
• Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation
• Communicate guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly
• Assist with concessions as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic English communication skills required
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a guest-facing environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a guest-focused environment
• Must be dependable, energetic, and comfortable working indoors, outdoors or around water
