Job Responsibility:
Use of a computerised booking system for the course
Processing of memberships and membership management
Respond to customer enquiries in person and via telephone calls
Provision of assistance to the customers
Preparation of facilities for use and the on-going cleaning of the facility, ensuring a high standard of “housekeeping” for the customers
Work as part of a team to ensure that adequate arrangements are in place to maintain the service for customers
General supervision of the use of the facilities and services
Promote the activities and programmes available within all the company’s facilities
Requirements:
Experience of working in a customer focused environment
Flexible in approach to working patterns
Experience of Cash Handling and basic IT Skills
