Job Description:

As a Product Recovery Associate at IKEA's Customer Fulfillment Center, you'll help give products a second chance, minimize costs, and promote sustainability by safely operating machinery, maintaining product quality, and contributing to IKEA's strong cultural environment.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to identified damages to minimize costs and sustain product quality
Verify detected product damages
Safely operate machinery and tools
Ensure safe and productive goods flow in recovery areas
Complete recovery actions according to IKEA standards
Maintain clean and safe work area
Contribute to a strong IKEA culture embracing diversity

Requirements:

Previous material handling equipment experience preferred
Intermediate computer proficiency
Skilled with hand tools
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
