Job Responsibility:
Deliver recovery activities and facilitate mental health support in indoor and outdoor spaces, for individuals and groups
Support people in setting and achieving personal goals, promoting independence and social inclusion
Co-facilitate group sessions and goal-based interventions, adapting approaches to meet diverse needs
Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and information governance requirements
Monitor outcomes, evaluate progress, and implement improvements as needed
Plan and deliver structured recovery activities
Encourage participation and engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
Use strengths-based approaches to support mental health recovery and personal development
Requirements:
Positive attitude, strong work ethics, resilience, and enthusiasm for Restore’s mission
Experience in delivering group and individual support within health, social care, or related sectors
Experience in working in the mental health sector
Knowledge on mental health and the network
Some knowledge on arts & crafts, gardening or woodwork
Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
IT literacy and willingness to travel across Restore’s service area
Nice to have:
Experience supporting people to improve their mental health is desirable
