Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent quality of care to people who use our service accessing treatment for substance use and their complex needs, in partnership with our clinical team, counsellors and other professionals involved in client's care. Working as part of a dynamic team you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, to include prescribing, providing a good quality of interventions at varying stages of their recovery as well as developing and delivering a wide range of groups. The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same.

Job Responsibility:

  • hold a mixed caseload
  • support other tasks including assessment, duty and groups
  • provide excellent quality of care to people accessing treatment for substance use and their complex needs
  • manage a caseload of clients to include prescribing
  • provide good quality interventions at varying stages of recovery
  • develop and deliver a wide range of groups
  • support other areas of service delivery
  • help take part in special interests and activities that support health and wellbeing
