Job Description:

Provide excellent quality of care to people accessing treatment for substance misuse and their complex needs, in partnership with clinical team, counsellors and other professionals. This is an opportunity to hold a mixed caseload and support other tasks including assessment, duty and groups in a thriving service, making positive changes in people’s lives, through a non-judgmental, recovery-based approach.

Job Responsibility:

  • manage a caseload of clients, including prescribing
  • provide a good quality of interventions at varying stages of recovery
  • develop and deliver a wide range of groups
  • support other areas of service delivery
  • take part in special interests and activities that support health and wellbeing such as smoking cessation and local events

Requirements:
