What we’re looking for This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for 2 Full Time Recovery Practitioners to join the Stroud Service. As a Recovery Practitioner you will have an exciting opportunity to hold a mixed caseload and support other tasks including assessment, duty work and groups in a thriving service, making positive changes in peoples’ lives, through a non-judgmental, recovery-based approach that values the strengths and choices of those individuals. This is not just a job – you’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more. We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
