Job Description:

In the Product Quality and Recovery department, we deliver sustainable growth by giving IKEA products a second life to prevent waste of raw materials. This role involves product quality work, running the Second Chance Corner, and repackaging products for resale. The focus is on sustainability, quality processes, and customer experience while collaborating within a team committed to IKEA's environmental values.

Job Responsibility:

Always consider sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products
Represents Product Recovery, Quality and product safety awareness in the store
Support and perform Product Quality and product safety tasks in the store to improve the customers' quality perception of our IKEA products

Requirements:

Good knowledge of the IKEA product range
Good understanding of merchandising techniques and how to create a commercially attractive Tweedekanshoek offer
Good knowledge of the use of IT systems and other tools in daily operations
Good knowledge of functional areas within the IKEA unit and how they contribute to Product Recovery, Quality and safety processes
Motivation to work evenings and weekends as well

A collective bonus scheme determined annually up to a maximum of 150% of your gross monthly salary
