Job Description:

Contribute to recovery and sustainability work in the store, focusing on minimizing waste, giving products a second chance, and supporting quality work while considering sustainability impact.

Job Responsibility:

Minimize internal damages or costs related to IKEA products
Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance (repackaging and assembly)
Present IKEA products in As-Is with strong commercial expression
Set relevant prices for recovered products
Support quality work to improve customers' quality perception
Consider sustainability impact when deciding how to recover products
Contribute to an environment that embraces diversity

Requirements:

Retail experience
Knowledge of how to build quality IKEA furniture
Knowledge of waste management and sustainability principles
Experience working in a customer and commercial-oriented business
