Job Responsibility:
Coordinate mental health recovery programmes that help individuals reach their goals in a group setting
Support people with activities, using outdoor spaces, and education and personal development, tailored to their strengths and aspirations
Manage and motivate a team to create a supportive, high-performing environment
Promote professional growth, teamwork, and drive person-centred care delivery
Oversee and manage caseloads and groupwork, ensuring all activities meet quality assurance, safeguarding, and compliance standards
Expand and support more group activities, adapting to the needs and preferences of participants and encouraging wider engagement
Work closely with individuals, families, carers, and stakeholders to deliver truly person-centred recovery, listening to feedback and continuously improving the service

Requirements:
Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for Restore’s mission
Experience in health, social care, welfare, teaching, or related sectors
Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
An interest in a range of group activities including gardens, arts and crafts and wellbeing topics
IT literacy and willingness to travel across Restore’s service area
Experience supervising and managing staff, motivational interviewing/coaching, and working with people with mental health needs
