Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate mental health recovery programmes that help individuals reach their goals in a group setting
  • Support people with activities, using outdoor spaces, and education and personal development, tailored to their strengths and aspirations
  • Manage and motivate a team to create a supportive, high-performing environment
  • Oversee and manage caseloads and groupwork, ensuring all activities meet quality assurance, safeguarding, and compliance standards
  • Work closely with individuals, families, carers, and stakeholders to deliver truly person-centred recovery
  • Champion Restore's values—Recovery, Empowerment, Respect, Support, and Hope

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for Restore's mission
  • Experience in health, social care, welfare, teaching, or related sectors
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • An interest in a range of group activities including gardens, arts and crafts and wellbeing topics
  • IT literacy and willingness to travel across Restore's service area
  • Experience supervising and managing staff, motivational interviewing/coaching, and working with people with mental health needs
