Job Responsibility:

  • Executing Record to Report (RTR) operations, with a focus on general ledger accounting and period-end close procedures
  • Managing entity-level reporting in strict accordance with legal compliance, accounting standards, and internal requirements
  • Delivering comprehensive financial reports and analyses to internal/external stakeholders and regulatory authorities
  • Supporting the internal and external audit cycles and internal control reporting processes
  • Driving RTR process improvements and harmonization through the implementation of innovative solutions and tools
  • Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for process flows, work distributions, and operational guidelines
  • Participating in additional projects focused on process automation, optimization, and the implementation of risk-reduction solutions
  • Active collaboration, communication, and knowledge transfer across end-to-end processes with global stakeholders
  • Supporting other team members and managing additional tasks requiring expertise knowledge
  • Onboarding new employees and conducting process trainings

Requirements:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting/RTR department
  • Financial Accounting and IFRS knowledge
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of ERP system (experience in SAP system would be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. HFM) and ServiceNow
  • Automation and development-oriented mind-set
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to cooperate with different external and internal stakeholders
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a global environment
