Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Record to Report Manager, someone who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a proactive approach to driving improvement. They will play a central role in strengthening our control environment; supporting the Balance Sheet Cleanse, embedding best practice and helping ensure Finance is audit-ready year-round.

Job Responsibility

  • Play a central role in the end-to-end month-end close process
  • Support the Balance Sheet Cleanse project
  • Drive and maintain an audit-ready control environment
  • Support the design, documentation and continuous improvement of SOPs
  • Deputise for the Group Financial Controller
  • Build strong relationships across Finance and the wider business

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
  • Strong technical accounting experience
  • Proven experience in Record to Report or Financial Control
  • Strong control and compliance mindset
  • Process improvement and automation experience
  • SOP design and implementation experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and VAT
  • Knowledge of CIS returns, EPS/PAYE submissions
