In this role, you will be responsible for managing key financial processes, including daily reconciliations and compliance tracking. Job Responsibility:
Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of cash flow activities
Manage and maintain loan amortization schedules, monitor payments, and verify adherence to loan covenants and agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze financial data that supports strategic decision-making
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Conduct payments reconciliation to verify transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly
Compile and organize financial data for reporting and projections
Utilize NetSuite and other financial tools to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
Assist in creating financial projections and forecasts to support organizational goals
Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual financial obligations and reporting requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in account reconciliation, financial analysis or a related role
Proficiency in payments reconciliation and compiling financial data
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial records
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements
Knowledge of financial projections and compliance tracking
