Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support daily front office operations in Puyallup. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing essential administrative and clerical support to the team.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, responding to general inquiries
  • Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and office coordination
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document scanning
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support additional administrative tasks to assist the team and office operation

Requirements

  • 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
