This is a part time position, 20-24 hours per week. Schedule varies week to week to include occasional days, evening, weekends & holidays. Job Responsibility:
Front desk duties
Carrying out general administrative tasks
Present a friendly and professional atmosphere for all visitors
Greet all visitors
Answer and direct phone calls
Maintain resident emergency data summaries, phone logs, emergency procedures manual, resident sign-in/sign-out logs, guest sign-in books and other documentation
General typing and filing
Monitor electronic resident call box
Maintain cleanliness of front desk and main entrance
Monitor office supplies
Requirements:
1 years of prior front desk receptionist / customer service experience
Exceptional communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
