Job Responsibility:
Welcoming and directing visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
Managing the switchboard, screening incoming calls, and transferring communications
Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries
Managing and coordinating meeting rooms, including booking and logistical preparation
Performing various administrative and office support tasks for the team (filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.)
Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the reception area and common areas
Assisting with the coordination of office supplies inventory and placing orders
Managing general emails and responding to basic information requests
Requirements:
Fluency in French (spoken and written), essential for daily communication in Quebec
Intermediate level of English (desired for occasional interactions outside Quebec)
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar hospitality/administrative role
Excellent Client Relations and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
Strong organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail
Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
Autonomy and proactivity in the execution of administrative tasks
Nice to have:
