Welcome and check in/check out patients at the front desk
Verify insurance coverage and update patient information
Manage incoming calls, voicemails, and patient inquiries
Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration
Maintain accurate records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Support administrative and clerical duties as needed
