Our client is seeking a professional, dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and callers. Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously, serving as the first impression of the office
Greet, welcome, and seat clients as they arrive
Monitor and respond to emails and send outgoing correspondence and letters
Maintain a polished and professional front desk and reception area
Support client communication and relationship-building through clear, courteous interactions
Utilize Outlook for scheduling and correspondence
Perform light administrative support as needed
Requirements:
1+ year of corporate reception experience
Excellent phone presence and communication skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable and punctual – reliability is essential
Comfortable communicating with clients in person, by phone, and via email
