Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and clients warmly and professionally
Managing the reception desk, switchboard, and directing incoming calls efficiently
Coordinating meeting rooms, bookings, and catering requirements
Handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries
Maintaining a tidy, organised, and presentable front-of-house area at all times
Supporting the wider office with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
Previous reception or front-of-house experience (corporate office experience preferred)
Confident, professional, and friendly communication style
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
