Our client is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage the front desk area to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting rooms’ calendars
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
