We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Onalaska, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support and contribute to a smooth-running office environment. This position requires a part-time commitment of 10 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and attentive communication
Deposit checks and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Assist in organizing and coordinating office events to enhance team engagement
Support daily office operations in a quiet and efficient environment
Utilize basic computer skills to manage administrative tasks and documentation
Maintain a business casual dress code and uphold the standards of the workplace
Provide assistance with basic marketing tasks, if needed
Ensure all visitors and staff are warmly welcomed and directed appropriately
Collaborate with team members to address immediate administrative needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software tools
Ability to work independently in a quiet office environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
