Job Responsibility
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members in a courteous and efficient manner
Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and routing incoming calls accurately
Maintain an organized reception area to ensure a welcoming office environment
Take messages clearly and relay important information to team members without delay
Provide general front-desk assistance, including responding to routine questions from callers and guests
Support part-time office operations by helping with basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role
Ability to confidently operate a multi-line or switchboard phone system
