Job Description:

Bright, enthusiastic and dedicated Receptionist required for successful managed services company based near Aldgate. The Front of House Receptionist will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional front of house service for the business and its visitors.

Job Responsibility:

Meet and greet clients and provide excellent customer service
Directing visitors to the appropriate person
Keep the reception tidy and presentable
Taking care of post and deliveries
Answer phone calls
Helping tenants with building enquires
Setting up building for viewings
Working part of the executive team
Undertaking ID checks before tenants move in
Updating building documents
Updating CRM system
Supporting new and current tenants

Requirements:

Previous Reception, hospitality or customer service experience
Excellent time-keeping and reliability
Ability to multi-task and be pro-active
Ability to build effective relationships with staff at all levels of the business
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and 'can do' attitude
Friendly and assertive- demonstrate the ability to take charge and use initiative
Be immediately available to start a new role or on a short notice period
