We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Jacksonville office. This in-person, temporary role will provide front desk and administrative support to the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technologically proficient, and able to anticipate and respond to office needs proactively.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, manage phone lines, and provide general front desk support
Oversee office operations including break rooms, conference rooms, and office space
Coordinate office supplies, restocking, and local communications
Support event planning, meeting setups, and multi-step administrative workflows
Handle mail, FedEx, and office access for employees
Maintain professional communication with internal teams and visitors
Assist with calendar management, note-taking, and agenda preparation when needed
Requirements:
2–3 years of administrative or receptionist experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs, follow up consistently, and respond appropriately to situations
Nice to have:
Experience managing complex calendars with shifting priorities
Event planning and meeting coordination experience
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to take clear, actionable notes during meetings
