Job Description:

Join the outpatient pharmacy team at a leading NHS hospital, assisting patients at both the hand-in and hand-out windows.

Job Responsibility:

Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
Handling prescription queries and guiding patients through the collection process
Working alongside pharmacy staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintaining patient confidentiality and data accuracy

Requirements:

Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
Strong customer service and people-handling experience
Confidence in working in a busy hospital environment
Prior pharmacy experience is ideal but not essential
A proactive and compassionate approach to patient care
