We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, this role requires someone who is highly organized and committed to delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing front desk responsibilities and providing administrative support.
Job Responsibility:
Operate and manage a multi-line phone system to handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a courteous and welcoming demeanor
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and updated records
Respond to email correspondence promptly and with attention to detail
Coordinate and schedule appointments while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and organize files and documents for easy access and retrieval
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to execute administrative tasks effectively
Provide excellent customer service support to address inquiries and resolve concerns
Assist in general office tasks to ensure a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
