Job Description:

We're recruiting for a professional and proactive Receptionist to join a prestigious international banking and investment company based in the heart of the City of London. This is an ongoing temporary role offering the chance to work in a high-profile corporate environment with exceptional facilities and a dynamic team.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
Operate a busy switchboard and direct calls efficiently
Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times
Liaise with building management and internal departments
Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Requirements:

2+ years' experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
Calm, organised, and able to multitask under pressure
A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
