We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, answer and route calls, coordinate schedules and provide administrative support to help ensure smooth daily office operations. This position is onsite working Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls
Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area
Support executives
Schedule meetings and assist with calendar coordination
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
Perform data entry, filing and general administrative support
Coordinate with internal teams to support office operations
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of strong front desk and office administration experience
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
