Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join a growing company in Honolulu, Hawaii. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and administrative operations. This is a contract position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and attentive atmosphere
answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard system
handle mail processing, including sorting, distributing, and sending correspondence
maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
assist with basic office tasks and administrative duties
provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately
coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings as required
ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized at all times.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
proficiency in handling mail processing and basic office tasks
strong customer service skills
ability to manage a multi-line phone system effectively
familiarity with ordering and managing office supplies
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
detail-oriented and capable of multitasking efficiently.
