As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.

Guest management
Office supply organization
Being able to submit a work order
Maintaining the office
Need to be able to provide updates to leadership and communicate effectively with management
Restocking stock room and rest rooms
Requirements:
at least 2 years of experience
Proficient is MS Teams and Outlook
Basic computer functions
Nice to have:
Any facilities management exp would be a plus
