We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations . Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and maintain a welcoming and detail-oriented front-office presence
Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, routing inquiries, and taking accurate messages when needed
Coordinate calendars and arrange appointments to help maintain smooth daily scheduling for the office
Prepare, update, and enter information into internal records with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Handle email communications efficiently, ensuring messages are directed and responded to in a timely manner
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems so documents remain easy to access and up to date
Support routine administrative tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to assist with office operations
Provide courteous customer service to clients, guests, and team members while addressing general questions and requests.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to operate a multi-line phone system confidently and effectively
Strong customer service skills with clear verbal and written communication abilities
Accurate data entry skills and careful attention to detail
