We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Concord, New Hampshire. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional administrative support. Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests, clients, and vendors with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor, ensuring a positive experience
Coordinate the scheduling and preparation of conference rooms for meetings and events
Answer and manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries and taking detailed messages when necessary
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
Assist office staff with various tasks, ensuring seamless operations
Safeguard confidential information and adhere to privacy protocols
Handle inbound calls efficiently, offering assistance and transferring calls appropriately
Collaborate with team members to address office needs and improve workflows
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
An appearance that reflects attention to detail and is suitable for a corporate environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using standard office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite
Dependable and punctual, demonstrating a high level of reliability
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks
Nice to have:
Experience in legal or detail-oriented services settings is an advantage but not required
