Receptionist

• Greet and check patients in and out with professionalism and efficiency
• Process credit card transactions securely and accurately
• Enter and update patient information in the system, ensuring data accuracy
• Operate a multi-line phone system to answer and direct inbound calls
• Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to patients and visitors
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and patient satisfaction
• Monitor appointment schedules and assist with scheduling changes as needed

• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Familiarity with healthcare or wellness environments is a plus
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work onsite on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
