We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Beverly Hills. This position plays a key role in providing excellent front-desk support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will represent our brand with outstanding communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or directing them to appropriate personnel
Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
Coordinate and maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment
Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Collaborate with team members to support office operations and special projects as needed
Communicate effectively with internal staff and external contacts, serving as a key point of connection
Provide support for the opening of a new office location, assisting with planning and setup activities
Maintain an appearance and demeanor that aligns with the company’s branding and culture
Respond to inbound calls efficiently, addressing questions and redirecting calls as necessary
Assist in monitoring and managing office supplies and equipment needs at the reception area
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-facing role is required
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling high call volumes
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to maintain an attentive and well-groomed appearance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and correspondence management
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
