We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Sandy Springs, Georgia. In this contract-to-permanent role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multi-line phone systems and provide excellent support in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Handle incoming calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries to appropriate departments
Manage switchboard operations for phone systems with 1 to 10 lines
Respond to inbound calls promptly and courteously, addressing questions or concerns
Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling and organizing documents
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold a detail-oriented appearance
Assist with part-time receptionist duties and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Ensure accurate documentation and communication of messages to relevant staff
Monitor and manage office supplies within the reception area
Uphold confidentiality and security protocols in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Prior experience managing reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to assist clients and staff effectively
Ability to manage inbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail
Availability for part-time hours, with flexibility to support varying schedules
Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy and functional reception space
Previous experience in administrative tasks or customer service roles
Familiarity with handling confidential information and adhering to security protocols
