Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a friendly and attentive greeting
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office records
Provide back-office support to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with project scheduling and coordination to meet deadlines
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data and generate reports
Communicate effectively in Spanish to support business needs and interactions
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is welcoming for guests
Coordinate with staff to address any immediate office needs or concerns
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities efficiently
Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish for business purposes
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
