We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in beautiful Bodrum, Türkiye. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This position requires a passionate leader who can effectively manage and motivate a team while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of guest services, including check-in/check-out processes, concierge services, and guest inquiries
Lead, train, and mentor a team of guest experience staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Resolve complex guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to service delivery
Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets and resources
Stay updated on local attractions and events to provide informed recommendations to guests
Requirements:
Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in hospitality or customer service roles, with previous supervisory experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management
Proficiency in hospitality management software and systems
Fluency in English and Turkish

In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
Understanding of Turkish culture and customs, with the ability to provide local insights to guests
