Job Responsibility:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments for tax preparers
Assist with client intake, including collecting documentation and verifying required forms
Maintain front desk organization and ensure a clean, professional office environment
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, copying, and filing
Coordinate mail, document drop-offs, and pickups
Communicate effectively with tax staff regarding client arrivals and scheduling updates
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information at all times
Requirements:
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and in-person traffic
Proficiency with basic office technology (phones, email, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm during peak workload periods
