Robert Half is partnering with a growing construction company to hire a dependable and organized Receptionist. This role is the hub of the office—supporting daily operations, coordinating communication between the field and office, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and route incoming calls, including communication with clients, vendors, and field teams
Greet visitors, subcontractors, and deliveries in a professional and efficient manner
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized office environment
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and job-related documents
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and service calls
Support project teams with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document tracking
Maintain and update records, logs, and basic reports
Order office supplies and assist with vendor coordination
Requirements:
1–3 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience
Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, sometimes high-volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Nice to have:
Experience in construction, property management, or a related industry
Familiarity with job tracking systems, scheduling tools, or basic invoicing
Comfortable communicating with both office staff and field personnel
