Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist for a contract position in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented first impression
Manage access to the secured front desk area, including badging in guests and vendors
Maintain accurate records by signing in guests and ensuring proper documentation
Notify staff of visitor arrivals promptly and efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless visitor management
Provide general administrative support and assist with inquiries as needed
Uphold security protocols and maintain a safe environment for all
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Assist with scheduling and other front desk responsibilities during contract coverage

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in receptionist or front desk roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and vendors
Proficiency in managing visitor access and adhering to security protocols
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Familiarity with basic office equipment and software
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Availability to work contract hours as scheduled
