Receptionist

• Greet all visitors with professionalism
• manage sign‑ins, badges, and visitor protocols
• Answer and route incoming calls
• provide basic information and customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and front desk environment
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, shipping requests, and package coordination
• Monitor shared inboxes
• respond or route messages to the appropriate team
• Assist with calendar support, scheduling meetings, and reserving conference rooms
• Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
• Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing welcome packets or coordinating building access
• Track and reorder office supplies
• liaise with vendors when needed
• Provide general support to HR, office management, and leadership teams
• Handle light project coordination tasks as assigned

• 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or front‑desk role
• Experience working in a professional office environment (corporate, medical, legal, or service‑based preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, polished demeanor and customer‑first mindset
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail and comfort working independently
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with front desk coverage
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with phone systems, printers, copiers, and standard office equipment

Experience with visitor management systems or scheduling tools is a plus
