Job Description:

Temporary receptionist position in Central Southampton with potential for permanent role. Serve as first point of contact, manage reception duties, handle calls, prepare meeting rooms, and provide hospitality services in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Manage front-of-house and reception duties
  • Handle incoming calls with efficiency and courtesy
  • Prepare and set up meeting rooms to a high standard
  • Provide teas, coffees, and hospitality services
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness and supplies

Requirements:

  • Cheerful and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is a plus but not mandatory
