Job Responsibility:
Managing daily reception tasks such as handling phone calls, organizing mail and deliveries, and coordinating courier and taxi services
Overseeing the office's conference rooms, including scheduling reservations and arranging catering and technical support
Actively contributing to the design and maintenance of our internal office community
Supporting internal communication channels such as the office newsletter and Info screen
Assisting with organizing and executing office events
Playing an active and dynamic role in our upcoming office relocation
Supporting the shaping of our future Office Operations Team
Requirements:
You are enrolled at a college
You have gained some initial experience working in the hotel industry, customer service, or front-desk activities
You work proficiently with the software in the MS Office package and are interested in new technologies
You have excellent written and spoken Polish and English language skills
