Our client is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist for a long-term contract assignment in Dallas, Texas 75225. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with courtesy and warmth
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and delivery coordination
Handle conference room bookings and scheduling to support office activities
Perform light administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable
Operate and manage a multi-line phone system effectively
Respond to inbound calls and provide information or direct them appropriately
Support back-office operations with basic administrative tasks
Utilize office equipment efficiently to facilitate daily operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Familiarity with basic office equipment and administrative tasks
Organizational skills to maintain a tidy and functional front desk area
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Nice to have:
