Job Responsibility
Manage new patient inquiries through various channels: telephone, WhatsApp, social media and in-person
Explain clinic services and daily operations with clarity and enthusiasm
Foster human connections with new patients, providing excellent customer service at all times
Prepare patient records and responses to patient inquiries
Handle product deliveries and manage orders from suppliers
Act as the point of sales post-treatment, taking payments and booking follow-up appointments
Collaborate with clinic staff to anticipate their needs, ensuring an efficient workflow
Support social media management, creating and posting engaging content and updates
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
Experience and comfort in using social media for business purposes
Strong organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to go the extra mile
Professional experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Team-oriented mindset, ready to pitch in and use your initiative
