This role is integral to operations, where the Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, ensuring a smooth flow of communication both internally and externally.
Job Responsibility:
Operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or person
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
Perform data entry tasks, updating and maintaining accurate records of client information
Handle email correspondence professionally and effectively, ensuring timely responses to all communications
Use interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and friendly environment for all visitors and staff
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) to efficiently handle administrative tasks
Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy accessibility and up-to-date records
Assist in maintaining the office environment, replenishing breakroom and office supplies as needed
Occasionally assist in warehouse operations, including packing and labeling small boxes
