Job Responsibility:
Providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks
Answering incoming calls
Directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders
Mail distribution.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience
Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.
